Our organization will be hosting the annual Breakfast with the Easter Bunny event on March 25, 2023 at the Monticello Community Center.  The fundraiser includes breakfast, a visit with the Easter Bunny, games, crafts, and tattoos for the kids as well as a Silent Auction, Tech Raffle, and 50/50 Raffle.  In an effort to enrich this community-wide event, the SRMCS PTO is requesting your continued support, directly benefiting the students of Swan River.  We also use this event as a means to collect food for the Monticello Food Shelf, providing 300+ pounds of donated food each year.  We are expecting at least 1,000+ adults and children to attend this event and we look forward to another successful year, but we cannot do it without you!

 We will be working towards

·       Purchasing new technology for our students to use in their classrooms

·       Purchasing supplies/materials to build and maintain an outdoor natural play space for all students

·       Financially supporting field trips and on-site programs to enhance student learning in and out of the classroom.

Please know that each item(s) you are able to donate to this event will be used diligently to serve children and their families in our local community.  You will be directly supporting educational efforts that are typically underfunded in the public school system.

 So where do you come in?

The SRMCS PTO would truly appreciate your support by donating an item(s) we can use for our silent auction.  If that is not possible or, if you would prefer, monetary donations or gift cards are also very welcome.

 If you participate in this benefit with a donation, you will receive recognition on our "Thank You" display on the day of the event.  All donations worth over $300 will put you in the Platinum Sponsor category and receive special recognition.

 Silent auction items can be of ANY value.  We appreciate any and all support you can provide to us in the endeavor.  We are a registered 501c3 organization and would be happy to provide our EIN.  We are happy to pick up any item(s) you wish to donate, or should you prefer to send your donation, our address is below:
