On behalf of the Bird Rock Foundation, we would like to invite you to participate in the 40th Annual Bird Rock Elementary Gala and Auction “Havana Nights”. This event will be held on Saturday March 19, 2022. 

The Bird Rock Elementary Gala raises crucial funds to provide financial support for education enrichment and to fill budgetary gaps due to district budget cuts. In past years, your donation dollars have funded additional classroom teachers for smaller class sizes, art, technology, playground support, music, and science enrichment.

Our fundraising efforts could not exist without donations like yours. By working together as a community there is no limit to what we can accomplish for our children.

HOW YOU CAN HELP  

Help us reach our fundraising goals by generously donating one or more tax-deductible item(s) for the silent and/or live auctions for the gala. Items that generate excitement and high bids are gift certificates for products or professional services, travel/hotel certificates, restaurant certificates, gift baskets, wine, tickets to sporting events or parties, entertainment tickets, sports memorabilia items, and electronic equipment. Our online auction is open to the general public, allowing a broader audience to enjoy your business or service.
