On Saturday, September 28, 2019 The Bridge Breast Network (BBN) will celebrate 27 years of achieving its goal of “building a bridge, saving a life” for women battling breast cancer.  This event will celebrate the nearly 200,000 individuals in North Texas that have been served by The BBN due to the generosity of volunteers, service providers and donors.  This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. A fun filled night of cocktails, dinner, dancing and a silent and live auction. The purpose of the event is two-fold: to raise funds to fulfill the BBN mission and to raise awareness about the lives impacted through our program. Our goal for this year’s event is to net $100,000. To do this, we need your help. The BBN can provide $200,000 worth of treatment for every $20,000 donated. That means $100,000 equates to $1,000,000 worth of care. As a contributor, you will be supporting the BBN and its commitment to providing life-saving diagnostic and treatment services for breast cancer. During FYE 2017-18, BBN educated 8,716 individuals, navigated 1,477 individuals to breast health services, detected 60 new cases of breast cancers and provided 181 women with treatment and survivorship services.
