For over 50 years, the Center has provided legal services to marginalized communities facing multiple barriers to accessing justice. Today, Survivor Justice Center is the only legal aid nonprofit dedicated to serving survivors of domestic violence and abuse.

The Center provides low-income survivors with an expert attorney and a dedicated advocate in and outside of the courtroom. Our dedicated team of 15 attorneys address survivors’ legal matters in Family Law, Immigration, Housing, and Consumer Debt Protection. In tandem, Community Advocates connect families to the resources they need to build self-sufficiency and create more hopeful futures.

Demand for our services grow year after year - a 24% increase since 2020. With each case, we strengthen our commitment to breaking cycles of violence and creating pathways to justice, safety and stability for generations to come

Funds raised by the Bridge to Justice Gala will provide access to free representation and legal services to low-income survivors and help them secure safety, justice and stability.
