The RMYA Brighter Futures Gala is one of two signature fundraising events held annually to offset the deficit of state funding to assist children in crisis.

Since 1976, RMYA has been a beacon of hope for youth in the foster care system who are recovering from extreme abuse and trauma. RMYA has provided residential living, emergency shelter care, counseling, and transitional living for children who would otherwise be homeless. 

The children we help are:

-Recovering from extreme abuse and neglect
-Have experienced trauma in their childhood, so they often don’t know what a “normal”   childhood looks and feels like 
-Require treatment plans, intensive therapy, and education to heal

Each year RMYA hosts the annual Brighter Futures Gala to raise much-needed funds to help protect, heal, and transform a child’s life. 

Enjoy an open bar, wine service, a 3 course dinner, entertainment, silent auction, live auction, and the wine & whiskey pull.
