I am writing on behalf of the Brookridge Elementary PTA to request a donation for our silent auction scheduled from 6-10pm April 2, 2022 at the Johnson County Arts & Heritage Center. 

The last two years have put an unprecedented strain on everyone - most especially our dedicated school teachers, staff, and administrators. Although it greatly hindered our ability to raise funds for our school we were still able to support our school through the generous contributions of creativity, energy and selflessness of our community. We anticipate the probability of an in-person fundraiser this spring, and we know its success will rely heavily on the generosity of businesses like yours. We expect this year’s event to be attended by 250 community members. All event proceeds will directly impact approximately 540 students (K-6th) and families through PTA-sponsored programs such as field trips, Arts and Science programs, guest speakers, cultural events, and numerous free family events.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you would be willing to make. Should you make a donation to our silent auction, your business will be recognized on all printed materials (flyers, program & displays), weekly school e-letters, all social media and our PTA website.
