Dear Friend of Brown Elementary School,
On behalf of the Parent-Teacher Organization, staff and children at Brown Elementary School in Natick, we write to ask you to support our students through the contribution of an item or service for our bi-annual auction on Friday, March 21, 2025. Through partnerships with community organizations and businesses like yours, we are able to truly enrich the educational experience of our students.
Historically, this community event has raised more than $20,000 to advance classroom instruction, provide curriculum enrichment opportunities, and support cultural activities for over 500 students in kindergarten through fourth grades. Funds raised this year will support cultural arts events, fund future field trips, and provide academic enhancements and advanced learning tools for both our students, teachers and staff. We hope that you will consider our request so that we may continue to do our part to help all students achieve.
We welcome a donation of any kind, such as gift cards, passes, merchandise, services, or event tickets. We do offer sponsorship opportunities for donations at the $250, $500, and $1,000 levels. Sponsorship benefits include a spotlight in the auction program, recognition at the live auction, and special mention in all communications prior to the event (newsletter, social media, website, and more.)
