To whom it may concern,

I am writing on behalf of the Weldon Howitt Middle School PTA to request a donation for our upcoming Brunch and Baskets Fundraiser to be held on March 19, 2023. The event will be held at Salute  at Plainview - 397A S Oyster Bay Rd, Plainview, NY 11803.  At this event, in addition to having fun and enjoying a lovely brunch, we plan to raffle off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours.

The proceeds from this fundraiser will help bring in more programs to educate students and parents on a variety of issues including positive self-esteem, being kind, respect, cyber-safety, drug and alcohol addictions, dangers of vaping, and bullying. Monies raised will also be used towards teacher grants that provide items needed for the classroom to enhance student curriculum.

The children of Farmingdale thank you in advance for your consideration and generosity. Please help us make our event a success! We greatly appreciate any donation you can make. 100% of all proceeds from the event will be donated back to our children and community. All donations will be acknowledged at our event, as well as a note of thanks to any business that contributes a raffle prize/donation. All donations are tax deductible, our tax-exempt number is #128687.  We are also happy to supply you with a tax-exempt certificate.
