On Friday, October 21st, James Buchanan Elementary School will hold its annual Walkathon.  Over 300 children and adults will be walking/running/dancing a special route through our school’s campus to raise funds for our field trip transportation, musical instruments, library books, classroom enhancements, and family fun nights. Our students look forward to this event every year, and we rely on donations from our community to make it possible.  

This is James Buchanan PTA’s biggest fundraiser of the year. At the conclusion of the walk, the students and their families assemble together for the chance to win prizes.  That is where you can help.  If your company could donate products/gift cards for Walkathon prizes we would greatly appreciate it.  All businesses supporting this event will be announced during the event and shared on our Facebook & Twitter feeds.
