Our school’s community organization/events committee is holding a Fall Festivalevent for our students on October 29, 2022. We opened in 2018 and serve an underserved area with low-income families. We have had limited exposure to our families with the pandemic and are just starting to offer events that will allow us to participate in external functions with our students and families. This event will bring our new 4th grade students, transfer students, returning students and their families together to introduce our school community and provide an opportunity to collaborate with other students through fun activities. We have very little funding for any activities outside of school and rely mostly on donations from our community to hold these events.

With this donation we will be able to provide some of our students and families a prize for winning some of the activities that we have planned for this event, such as a Halloween costume Contest, Best Trunk or Treat Car, Team Basketball Game, Door Prize, etc. This donation will provide families that may not be able to afford an experience like this to get together and creat a special memory together!

Since we are a 5013C organization, we can provide receipts for charitable donations as needed. Please email or call our Events Committee Coordinator (contact information below) to let us know if you are interested in participating, and we can coordinate any further information needed.
