By supporting Taller de José at Builder’s Day, you help ensure that we can continue supporting our Little Village community and beyond, helping our clients receive resources for their health, legal needs, and other support.

Our annual Builder’s Day event is a large part of our success at Taller de José. 

In 2022, Taller de José staff and volunteers served over 1,100 clients and their families, a 27% increase over the previous year. 

In 2023, we hope to serve 1300 clients, using our compassionate and dignifying case management and offsite accompaniment model to bridge the gap between Chicago’s Spanish-speaking immigrant communities and the critical resources they need.

As our largest annual fundraiser, Builder’s Day enables us to provide our services to those who need them.

Nearby parking garage with $6 parking available. The event space is wheelchair accessible.

Ticket prices

• Single ticket: $100 (General non-reserved seating)
• Pair of tickets: $175(General non-reserved seating)
• Table (8 seats): $700 (includes reserved table + exclusive Builder's Day gifts for you and your guests)

• A beautifully-plated dinner with three delectable options

The 14th Annual Builder’s Day event will also honor David Komaniecki and The Quinn Center of St. Eulalia as this year’s Companion Award and Accompaniment Award Recipients.
