This event raises money for the CancerCare Patient Assistance Fund. Last calendar year more than $100,000 from this fund was spent to improve the lives of Trinity CancerCare Center patients. The CancerCare Patient Assistance Fund provides direct financial support as well as in-kind gifts such as gas cards, wigs and compression garments. The fund also underwrites programs such as yoga, art therapy and writing therapy. The more money raised, the more lives that can be positively impacted.
