I am writing on behalf of the Collinsville Crimson Cadets, the high school marching band from Collinsville, Oklahoma.  We are seeking donations for our annual auction, which will run in-person March 4, 2022. At this event we auction off gift cards, merchandise, tickets and services generously donated by businesses like yours. Proceeds from the auction will go toward funding our upcoming marching season as well as additional instruments and equipment for the music department and color guard.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you make a donation for the auction, your business will be recognized on auction displays and in promotional advertisements for the event. We will also provide a donation receipt with the CCC Booster Organization’s tax exempt ID number for your records.
