Bella Vista Christian Academy (BVCA) is a preschool and K-8 elementary school located in Tracy, California that has a long-standing tradition for excellence and high academic achievement within the Central Valley. We welcome all children no matter their race or religious background. Our school represents a wide range of denominations and faiths.  Our students, from preschool through eighth grade, benefit from a learning environment that is Christ-Centered, Academically Excellent, Respect-Rooted, and Empowered to Learn. Our purpose is to develop each child’s intellectual potential with an innovative, balanced, and challenging curriculum.

BVCA hosts an annual Crab Feed to raise funds for our school. The proceeds from last year’s Crab Feed went to enhancing the student’s education with enrichment programs, campus improvements, and classroom technology. We significantly depend on the support that this large fundraising event brings to our program and to our students. The State of California does not provide funding for technology programs. Therefore, we must rely on our community’s support to self-fund.

This year’s Crab Feed will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023.  It will only be successful with your assistance. In past years, one of the highlights of our events has been our raffle, silent auction, and live auction which generates excitement in addition to raising much-needed funds for our school. We would like to invite you to showcase your business through a donation for the auction that will be taking place at the Crab Feed.

In addition to your donation(s) being tax deductible, as a donor, you will receive publicity throughout the school year with the families of our 300 plus students as well as our surrounding community. Your donation will be further showcased during the event where we expect 250 attendees. This is a great way for your business to reach new customers since parents want to be patrons of businesses that have supported the school.

Please complete the enclosed form indicating the sponsorship level that you have chosen, or the item(s) you wish to contribute. We respectfully request that donations are delivered by January 2, 2023. Please feel free to mail a donation directly to the school or we would happily arrange a pick up.
