The CWA Annual Meeting brings the dental community together to foster a collaborative atmosphere for growth, learning and networking.  

On Febrary 22-24,2023, the 3to1 Foundation (a nonprofit) is holding a fundraising online auction and raffle event in conjunction with the Cain Watters & Associates (CWA) Annual Meeting at the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island, Flordida Our event is attended by over 300 dental physicians and business professionals from across the US. In addition, the online auction and raffle is open to all 2,700 CWA clients and vendors throughout the U.S, who also come annually to meet with their CWA financial planners.  Many of them stay at least or night or 2 in town.   

The 3to1 Foundation provivdes free financial education to the community.  In addition to the online auction and raffle, the 3to1 Foundation will have a booth at the event and an in-person VIP event.
