I am writing to you on behalf of the students and the PTO at J.G. Whittier Middle School in Haverhill, Massachusetts to request a donation for our upcoming Calendar Raffle Fundraiser. J.G. Whittier Middle School has a student population of about 540 students and services grades 5 through 8.

Our PTO is dedicated to supporting the students, staff and administration of the J.G. Whittier Middle School by helping fund field trips, supplies for students and teachers, and sports equipment to name just a few. Your donations helps make this possible.

Please consider helping us by supporting our organization. During the month of April, we will be having a calendar raffle. We are requesting a donation in support of our organization. We are looking to have businesses sponsor a day or a portion of a day throughout the month of April with various donations. All donating businesses will be listed on the calendar along with their donation. Raffle tickets will be made available to all J.G. Whittier Middle School families as well as the local community.

Please consider donating to our PTO organization. 100% of all funds received from this fundraiser will directly benefit the students of J.G. Whittier Middle School.
