Indigo Ball is more than a gala… it’s a homecoming for the LGBTQ+  Community.  We are Calling All Allies to join us in celebrating the impactful work of the LGBTQ Center OC and our honorees - who are shaping our community into a place where everyone is seen, valued and encouraged to live authentically.  A place we happily call home.  

Our Torchbearer honoree is Blossom C. Brown.  She was the FIRST openly Black Transwoman to graduate from Mississippi University for Women.  You may have seen her in Caitlyn Jenner’s Docuseries I Am Cait and on The Ellen Show.  She is an activist and social media influencer dedicated to lifting up Trans individuals.  She is an inspiration! 

Our Powerful Ally honorees are Supervisors Katrina Foley and Vicente Sarmiento of the Orange County Board of Supervisors.  Supervisors Foley and Sarmiento are instrumental in maintaining inclusive representation of the LGBTQ+ community in Orange County, utilizing their platform to publicly support diversity and inclusion.  They bravely demonstrate what real leadership looks like.
