Canyon Elementary, located in Santa Monica Canyon, is gearing up to host our annual auction, but this year it will be bigger than ever, culminating as a Casino Night Gala on March 9th. We use the BetterWorld auction platform, so in addition to 400 in-person guests, we will be pushing out the auction to the entire community, via Instagram ads and media placements. 

The online auction will run for 8 days, and the final minutes will take place at a Casino Night Gala. However guests do not need to be present to purchase items in the auction. We have many celebrity parents who do not attend in person, but they can still view your products/brands/services and bid online. At the gala, each items will have a printed sign, with information and images, with a QR code for guests to scan and learn more. 

Canyon Charter School is a public elementary school located in Santa Monica Canyon. Over the years, dramatic cuts to our state education budget have prompted Canyon to reach out to its families, friends and local businesses to make donations to our Auction to help raise much-needed funds for instructional and enrichment programs. We don’t want to lose our many special programs that enable us to be among the top 10 elementary schools in the State of California, and the number 1 rated LAUSD school, as well as a highly regarded local community asset.
