We are announcing the Canyons School District Teacher of the Year winners in late March, and with that announcement we surprise each of our schools’ chosen Teacher of the Year with a gift basket full of goodies donated by local businesses that value exceptional teachers. We are currently looking for donations of items to include in each of the 50 gift baskets. If you are willing to donate 50 items (e.g. treats, free meal certificates, gift cards, branded merchandise, small useful gifts, etc.), we can come pick them up at your convenience or you can put them in the mail: Canyons Education Foundation, 9361 South 300 East, Sandy, UT 84070.

What’s in it for you? Exposure! Donors to our Teacher of the Year program get their logo included on banners that hang at the front entrances in each of our 50 schools. These banners are typically left up all year to recognize each school's exceptional teacher and the donors who value them. In addition, donors are recognized on signage and in a slide presentation at the Teacher of the Year awards ceremony, and receive shout outs on our social media accounts. In order to have your logo included on the school banners, we must have your donation in hand by March 5.

The Canyons Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all proceeds from your donations benefit Canyons students, teachers, and schools. Contributions are tax-deductible (Tax ID# 45-2603900).
