The Hayfield Elementary School PTA is reaching out to you to ask for your support for our annual Career Night.
What we hope to be one of our biggest events of the year, Career Night is scheduled to take place from 5-8
p.m. on April 26, 2024, at Hayfield Elementary School.
The purpose of this event is to:
● Help Hayfield Elementary students envision many more career paths and possibilities derived from our
amazing parent and local professional population;
● Inspire our kids with tangible, understandable, short presentations, displays, and physical artifacts that
reflect the types of work they might be interested in someday, what skills and traits are needed, and
what "normal" days in those jobs look like;
● Bring our school community together for an evening of fun that directly benefits our Hayfield students.
The success of our event relies on the generous support of local businesses like yours, and we appreciate your
willingness to contribute to this exciting initiative. We are seeking donations in the form of gift cards to be used
as prizes for our Career Night. We also welcome complementary items of your choosing that are
non-perishable and will be packaged with the gift card(s).
Your tax-deductible contribution will not only be recognized during the event, but will also be displayed in our
event program and social media outreach, as well as any promotional materials associated with the Career
Night. This is a great opportunity for your business to gain exposure while supporting our community!
