Carillon Preschool is a play-based preschool located in the heart of Portola Valley.

Founded in 2004, Carillon Preschool offers small classes that create a nurturing,

secure, and loving environment where teachers build relationships with each

child. Our beautiful campus promotes hands-on learning ​enriched​ through

gardening, music, science, ​yoga​ ​and outdoor play.  

Over the past 3 years, Carillon Preschool was dramatically affected by the Covid

pandemic, as have many schools nationally and beyond. This past year in

particular, Carillon Preschool was similarly affected by the new state law

providing free TK (transitional kindergarten) to all 4-year-old students.

Currently, Carillon Preschool is fundraising to save the program for future

generations. Our goal is to raise at least $100,000, with hopes of exceeding that.

The school board has reimagined the program for younger children moving

forward and would like to create a balanced budget in the future to continue to

offer a scholarship program for local families.

Unfortunately, the school, student parents, and church community alone cannot

raise the necessary funds to reach this goal. Therefore, we are reaching out to our

valued friends and neighbors of the Portola Valley community.

Carillon Preschool will be holding a fundraising event with auction on Saturday,

April 29th, 2023. We are seeking a donation from your supportive local business

in the form of either a tax-deductible monetary donation, and/or donated gift card

or other physical item to be used in our live and silent auctions, which will raise

funds for the Carillon Preschool general fund. 

In great appreciation for your sponsorship, Carillon Preschool will recognize your

contribution at the event, including display of your company’s name, logo, and/or

website in all our promotional materials (including sponsor board, any signage

used, verbal recognition at the event, promotional handouts, and on our website,

should the latter be requested).
