Oak Grove Elementary is planning our Spring Carnival on May 17, 2024. We are proud of our diverse student population! We have more than 30 languages spoken at home and are the host site for the gifted and talented program and Autism program. We are a Title I school with more than 50% of the students qualifying for the free/reduced lunch program.

  Our Carnival is the biggest social event of our school year! It is a fun way for students, parents, staff, and the community to come together. We try to keep our costs to our families as low as we can at all PTA events. We have a fundraiser raffle during our Carnival to help support our PTA through the rest of the year. The money is used during the Carnival for expenses like game tickets the PTA gifts to each staff to pass on to our students, a bounce house rental, and game prizes. During the school year, the money raised goes towards programs like Science by Scientsit where real scientist come and teach hands-on Science lessons, paying for all 2nd-5th grade students to have an ice skating field trip experience, fulfilling teacher requests for classroom supplies and books, 5th grade graduation ceremonies, and more. Any items donated will be included in our raffle fundraiser and are tax exempt donations.
