Dear Community Partners

My name is Amy Kellogg and I am the PTO President on the PTO Board of Wilmeth Elementary School located in McKinney Texas.   I am writing to you on behalf of our school, and PTO Board in hopes to partner with you for our upcoming Carnival on March 28th 2025.

Each year our PTO hosts a Business sponsored Auction at our Spring Carnival which has been a highlight of over the past few years.  We are hoping you and your company  would like to be a part of it. 

In return for your generous donation, we will be promoting your business on our Wilmeth PTO Facebook page, our Instagram and also our PTO website.  Our Carnival is on March 28th 2025 and your donation will be featured on 32auctions site and promoted online leading up to our event for all of our Wilmeth Families to see and share.  The goal is to expose our 450+ Wilmeth families and the friends they bring to the Carnival to the amazing companies they may or may not know about. 

Our Auction is set up to appeal to everyone from children, adults and even pets so that everyone is included and can participate.  It is truly the perk of our Carnival and we hope you will consider being a part of it.
