Roan Forest Elementary PTA (EIN 41-2038647) is planning its Carnival in the Forest for Friday
April 5, 2024. This fun filled family event has hosted over 1,000 people in past years and we expect
even more this year. Our students, their families and community enjoyed a fun-filled night of activities
made possible by our wonderful sponsors. We are respectfully requesting a charitable donation to
assist us with our Carnival in the Forest this spring.
We will widely publicize our sponsors and donors through our website, Facebook, posters,
flyers, and in our weekly school newsletter that reaches the families of our more than 800 students.
The Roan Forest Elementary PTA is dedicated to supporting the educational and
developmental needs of our children. All proceeds from Carnival in the Forest benefit the Roan Forest
Elementary PTA, a 501(c)3 charitable organization, which provides programs for the school
throughout the year.
As a result of our incredible sponsors and successful prior year Carnival in the Forest, the PTA
was able to fund the following programs for Roan Forest Students: Bike Rodeo, Red Ribbon Week,
Reflections and Young Masters Art Programs, Family Art Night, and Steam Night. We were also able
to provide art supplies and classroom manipulatives for each grade level, Staff Appreciation and
Support, Field Trips for each grade level, music and physical education equipment and so much more.
We would like to have confirmation of your sponsorship intention by February 16th to ensure
me to include your logo on the advertisement materials for the event. In addition, sponsors that make
a donation of $500 or more will have the opportunity to sponsor a game. We invite you to choose one
of ours or bring one of your own. We will not be having vendor advertisement-only tables this year.
