I teach at Carter Middle School, located in Strawplains in Knox County school district. Every year we have a Christmas Store and Auction for our students. The students earn points throughout the semester for behavior, grades, and attendance. They spend these points on items we receive as donations. Lots of our students wouldn't be able to purchase or receive gifts for family and friends if it wasn't for this event.
