I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing on behalf of our age 12 and under travel softball team which is reaching out to our community for support in our upcoming fundraiser. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses to help us continue providing opportunities for our youth to participate in sports and build valuable life and leadership skills. Since 2000, South Western York Baseball and Softball has been recognized as a premier youth baseball organization in south-central Pennsylvania.

Our goal is to develop players to advance to the next level of play through a focus on sound fundamental skills and a love for the game. Our knowledgeable, passionate coaches not only reinforce baseball skills but also promote teamwork, sportsmanship and confidence. We strive to win in the context of individual and team development.

We will be hosting a bingo event on January 19, 2025 and are looking for donations of prizes. By contributing to our cause, you are not only investing in the development of these girls as athletes, but also as individuals.

We truly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Any contribution, big or small, will make a meaningful difference. Together, we can make a positive impact on these young athletes' lives.

 Donations requested could be (but not limited to):

-Coolers,

-Insulated Cups or water bottles

-Gift cards

-Product vouchers

-Cash to use to purchase prizes

Proceeds from the event will go towards uniform fees, tournament fees, field maintenance, equipment, umpire fees, indoor facility usage and so on.
