Good evening. I am a mother of 2 students and the Home & School Fundraising Coordinator for Holy Family Regional Catholic School. On Saturday 4/27 we will be holding our school's largest fundraiser, 2nd Annual Cash Bingo and Basket Raffles. We generally sell out the event with 350-400 in attendance, approximately 40 baskets, and 10 games of bingo. Our goal is to raise $30,000 to advance the technology in our school, support our STREAM and music program, can purchase more sports equipment for outdoor recess, and most of all have money to support the struggling families of our community school. Many of our families are struggling to make ends meet and we want to be able to help them in any way possible to make their lives a little less worrisome and not have children miss out on events or not have uniforms due to financial constraints. We will also have brochures displayed for all of our amazing donors and would love to display some for you and hopefully have families plan events with you. We had a blast when we were there with 5 other sets of parents last year. 

I am attaching the official donation request letter which includes our non-profit id number so you can write off your donation, as well as an event flyer in case anyone would want to attend.
