Angelina Beautiful Clean (AB/C), a non-profit organization (Tax ID # 75 -  2154523), is currently preparing for our 5th Annual Casino Night fundraising event at the Pitser Garrison Convention Center on November 3rd.  This is our largest fundraiser of the year.  This event helps us raise funds to host various free to the community recycling events throughout the year. 

Funds raised will support expenses of our new Education Coordinator position.  This position will visit schools within our county to work with students on reduce, reuse, and recycle.  The visits to the school will include STEM type activities to reinforce the message being presented.  

Some of the events hosted by Angelina Beautiful Clean that are free to the community, but that still include a cost to our organization include:

• Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day - An opportunity for community members to safely dispose of household hazardous materials at no cost to them.  Items collected include paint, automobile batteries, household cleaners, white goods (old appliances, refrigerators, etc), electronic waste (printers, scanners, etc), motor oil, antifreeze, and more.
• Shred Day (held twice a year) - This is an opportunity for the community to properly dispose of their unwanted documents at no cost to them. Angelina Beautiful/Clean wants to give East Texans the chance to easily and safely recycle paper that would otherwise end up in a landfill or as roadside litter. 
• Tire Collection Day - This event is a convenient way for East Texans to properly dispose of unwanted or old tires. In an effort to cut down on illegal dumping and minimize health risks to the public and the environment.
• Community trash pickup days and events.

We estimate that we will be hosting over 200 people, including volunteers, at this event. We are confident that this event will be a great success with the help of your in-kind donation. You will receive recognition during the event as a thank you for your support. We would love to see you participate in Casino Night as an attendee and join in the fun too!
