Casino Night and Auction

Dear Sir/Madam:
On October 19, 2023, Harmony Elementary School PTO will be hosting their Casino Night and gift auction. With 300 community members in attendance, this is the school’s biggest fundraiser of the year and all event proceeds help our students grades K-5. The monies help fund a variety of cultural enrichment programs, assemblies and technology necessary in today’s academic environment.
This fun-filled evening will feature fan favorite casino games, as well as great food and drinks, music, prizes, raffles and much more! We hope you will consider participating in this year's event as a sponsor and/or providing a donation for the gift auction that will also be taking place that evening. We are a 501(c)(3) organization and all contributions are tax-deductible. We will also provide a donation receipt letter with the tax exempt ID number for your records. Attached is a list of sponsorship levels and the benefits included with each level.
The PTO will also be auctioning off gift cards, merchandise and services generously donated by businesses like yours. Should you choose to make a donation for the gift auction, your business will be recognized in our program on the day of the event. If you do not own a business and would like to donate, please consider a CASH value that will be used to buy prizes in your name. We greatly appreciate any donations made.
