Description
On September 4th, 2022, after finishing his tour, Philadelphia Police Officer, Vladimir Castillo was heading home on his motorcycle when he was involved in an auto accident. As a result he suffered sever head trauma and is no longer able to return to work and has exhausted all of his leave. He requires 24/7 care.
