Dear Friend of CASTLE,

CASTLE has been serving the Colchester community since 1991.  Our nationally recognized before/afterschool and preschool programs have been meeting the needs of working families for the past 30 years!  This work requiresfunding, dedication and hard work combined with the ongoing support of our families and the community.

As a nonprofit CASTLE needs to raise funds annually to help support our mission and enhance our programming goals.  We are reaching out to community businesses to ask for your help.

On April 30th CASTLE will be celebrating 30 years in business and will be looking to celebrate and raise funds.  We are asking for your support in the form of a tax-deductible donation of a product or service for the silent auction.  As a donor you will receive recognition in the program distributed to attendees and on signage published at the event, as well as the benefits associated with supporting the important work that CASTLE provides to children and families in our community.  All funds will go directly to support the programs at CASTLE.  

Can we count on you to provide an item for the auction?  Please call 860-537-0214 or simply complete the enclosed auction donation form to pledge your contribution.  A volunteer or CASTLE staff member will follow up with you to arrange a time to pick up the items you are able to donate at your convenience.  I would ask that you please pass this letter onto other people and organizations who might consider donating an item, service, or other contribution for our event.  The more items we receive, the more funds we will raise to support the mission and goals of CASTLE.
