The Special Leisure Services Foundation (SLSF) will be hosting this year's Celebrate Ability Gala - A Virtual Gala on Friday, November 6, 2020. SLSF is the fundraising arm of the Northwest Special Recreation Association (NWSRA), a partnership of 17 park districts in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. NWSRA provides recreational opportunities to children and adults with disabilities through face-to-face programs, and now virtual experiences, developed to meet the needs of participants through COVID-19. While the Gala may look different this year, we are looking forward to sharing NWSRA Spaces & Places and supporting individuals with disabilities through these trying times.
