We are holding our 17th Annual Patriotic Concert, titled “Celebrate America!” on June 28th, 2020.  During the intermission, we will hold a Silent Auction for the concert patrons to bid on. The Silent Auction is held to help offset concert costs so that we may continue to provide the Katy and West Houston area with high quality concerts that families of every income level may enjoy.  We would like to ask if you could donate an item for the Silent Auction. The 2019-2020 concert season is our 27th anniversary!  

In exchange for your donation, we will list your company as a Donor on our website and in all programs for this year.  We will also recognize you as a donor during the course of each of our concerts this season (average attendance is 600 people per concert; the Patriotic Concert brings in closer to 1,000 attendees).  The Band is a registered 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization, so any donation would be fully tax-deductible.  

The Band currently rehearses and holds all of its concerts at Holy Covenant United Methodist Church in Katy, located off of Mason Road and Morton Road.
