Our annual Scholarship fundraising event and award celebration, Celebrate to Educate will take place on May 18th 2024. Donations of products, services or military challenege coins are necessary to keep our event running annually and all donations are used in our Silent and Live Auction to help raise additional funding for our annual Scholarship program. 

The HRCPOSA will provide dependent spouses and children of the United States Navy and Coast Guard Chief Petty Officers, Senior Chief Petty Officers and Master Chief Petty Officers financial support through our annual scholarship fund. The HRCPOSA is open to spouses of active duty service members, retirees, reservists and our fallen service members. We invite all dependent spouses and children to apply for one of the two annual schoalrships we give out. One to a member and one to a non member.

Our Celebrate to Educate event is held annually to award those recipients their scholarship.
