On Saturday, March 11, 2023, the Seneca Academy community will come together for an evening of celebration in recognition of the school’s fortieth anniversary! The annual gala and auction is the major fundraiser for our school, raising funds to support tuition assistance to our students, professional development of our teachers, and enhancements for our classrooms and outdoor National Wildlife Federation Certified Schoolyard Habitat. We are counting on the generous support of businesses like yours to help us meet our goals!

Seneca Academy was founded in 1983 and now serves about 200 students from preschool through sixth grade. Our exceptional program, which is a fully authorized International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program, offers a progressive, inquiry-based curriculum that meets or exceeds all state requirements. We pride ourselves in offering an academically rigorous and developmentally appropriate option at a more affordable and accessible price point than many other independent schools in the area. The Seneca Academy community is  large, diverse, and very loyal. Our families, faculty, and staff come from Darnestown,  Germantown, Gaithersburg, Rockville, North Potomac, Poolesville, Boyds, Frederick, Silver Spring, Bethesda, and Clarksburg. We firmly believe that the entire community plays a role in the development of our children. It is with this in mind that we reach out to you today.

To help us raise funds for our school, we are seeking event sponsorships as well as in-kind donations of goods and services for our silent auction. Past sponsors and donors include EagleBank, 452 Consulting, Club SciKidz, Rock Spring Contracting, Creative Enrichment LLC, and more. Participating in the auction is a wonderful way to show your support for Seneca Academy and gain recognition throughout the community. Sponsors will be highlighted in the auction catalog as well as on our website. Seneca Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax deductible as permitted by law.
