On May 5, 2019, Heart of Courage will host its 2nd Annual Celebration of Mothers event at The
Manderley in Desoto, TX! Our theme is Denim & Pearls and it promises to be an event that people will
enjoy and remember. Social media will play a key part in this event- meaning plenty of opportunity for Sponsor shout outs! We would love to put your name on our promotional fliers as one of our
sponsors.

We are looking for event vendors, sponsors and/or items for our silent auction. Please consider
supporting our event by becoming a sponsor, purchasing an AD or donating gift certificates,
merchandise or services. In exchange, you will receive some excellent community exposure and
advertising. You will be recognized on our website and social media sites, as well as at the event in our program booklet. Your donation is tax deductible, we would be happy to provide our Tax ID number upon your request.

We are expecting to have at least 125 to 150 people in attendance. All donations will go towards our
mission of providing free mentoring and advocacy services to mothers to mothers who have/had CPS
cases and mothers who have aged out of foster care. There are over 1300 children in foster care in
Dallas County alone and many of them are aging out of the foster care system and could end up
homeless, pregnant, incarcerated or addicted to drugs. The overall purpose of our program is to help
the mothers in our program become self-sufficient both mentally, emotionally and economically so
that they can become better individuals and better mothers to their children. The end result being
children united with their mothers into a loving and sustainable environment.

transform the future for countless families, and bring us all a giant step closer to preventing so many of our children from remaining in the foster care system.
