Our promotion entails 3 different events. We'll have an online auction, a watch {watching the bids close for the night} party at a golf course club house with appetizers, games, and raffles, and than on April 2 we are having a drive thru rack of pork dinner and are able to hand out the winning bidders the items they won the bid on. 

This event takes many of us parents spending our free time to organize, arrange for items on auciton, and make it a fun money making event to support our kids and school.
