The Celebration Singers is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community choir based in Cranford, NJ whose mission is to bring before as wide an audience as possible, the beauty, richness, and excitement of American music as well as songs from styles and cultures across the globe. Our organization began in 1938 and has grown to over 100 adult and youth singers consisting of residents from Cranford and its surrounding communities including Westfield, Clark, Garwood, Kenilworth, Scotch Plains, Union, Springfield, Linden, Mountainside, just to name a few. 

The Celebration Singers is holding its Annual Cabaret Tricky Tray Fundraiser on February 9th and 10th, 2024 in Scotch Plains, NJ. The evening will include a cabaret of musical numbers along with wine, desserts, and a Tricky Tray. The theme this year is “Mixtape - Volume 85” featuring popular songs of different generations, styles and genres and celebrating our 85th year of being a community choir.  The event always proves to be fun and interactive with our audiences. Proceeds from the two evenings will directly benefit the organization and allow our members to continue to expand our musical excellence, experience, education, and diversity to the community. We have used proceeds in the past to purchase new sound and lighting equipment, a storage facility, increase and catalog our music library, attract and retain superb music directors, and perform in venues throughout the globe.  Our last cabaret we raised almost $11,000 and we hope to reach a new record this year!
