Hello,

My name is Tamika Ortiz-Acosta and I am the Legal Clinic Manager for the Hampden County Bar Foundation's Legal Clinic. Our main job at the clinic is to provide free legal services such as legal advice and attorney referrals if needed, to individuals from underserved communities in Hampden County, Massachusetts. We accomplish this through our pro bono programs such as Lawyer for the Day, where volunteer attorneys donate their time to counsel individuals free of charge regardless of their economic, social, or cultural background. To accomplish this, the clinic holds fundraising events to further advance these programs, and we wiill soon have our Celebrity Bartending Tip-Off Event, which will have as its main purpose to raise funds for our pro bono programs.

For this event we hope to raise a donation of raffle prizes to encourage the participation and funds from the attendees of the event, and that is why we are reaching out to your organization. We are writing to see if you or your company would please consider donating a raffle prize for this most worth-while cause. Your prize will be displayed with acknowledgement at our golf tournament. Suggestions for raffle prizes are gift certificates, gift baskets, service coupons or anything else you or your company would like to graciously donate.
