In it's 57th year, The Viscardi Center's Celebrity Night continues to be one of the premier fundraising events in the New York City Metropolitan area. The event raises funds for The Viscardi Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities. People with disabilities remain underrepresented in our communities. We aim to change that by leveling the playing field and equalizing access for all. The Viscardi Center ignites opportunities for people with disabilities through our programs and services, which were developed to ensure individuals and their families can explore and reach their personal educational and employment goals. Our multidisciplinary team prepares thousands of individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals as active members of the community at every stage of their lives. By showcasing the talents and achievements of individuals with disabilities, we aim to create a truly inclusive and empowering experience. Part of this evening includes presenting the Henry Viscardi Achievement Awards, which honor and spotlight leaders, advocates, role models, and innovators within the global disability community, recognizing their positive impact on society. A beacon for inclusivity, the Awards provide a platform to showcase the remarkable achievements of those who have significantly contributed to making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. This year's Celebrity Night will be attended by members of the corporate world, community leaders, and philanthropic individuals.
