This is our largest fundraiser for the schoolyear which generates the monies for Student Awards.  PTA Council has been able to grant monetary awards to graduating seniors who are furthering their education either at an accredited college or trade school.  This fundraiser is in it's 11th year, my colleague and i have run it for all these years and the joy on the faces of student recipients is worth the effort we put in year round to raise funds. Our school district is in one of the lowest soci-econiomic areas on Long island yet we have students who aspire and dream big as they should.  Any donations made go right to the fundraiser for raffles which is the main source of monies raised.
