Dear Business Merchant,

I am reaching out to you on behalf of the Central Elementary School PTO located in Warren, New Jersey. The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) raises money to provide our children with programs and technology to enhance their elementary school experience. In past years, the PTO has been responsible for purchasing/ providing students with educational assemblies and sponsoring enrichment events for the children, such as International Day, History Day, Young Author’s Day and Science Day.  Public schools rely on the fundraising efforts of the PTO to support the many programs that would not otherwise be possible. The PTO would like to continue to support our school in these ways.

On April 14th, 2023, the Central School PTO is organizing its Annual Adult Social for the school at The Primavera Regency.  This is our major fundraiser and will include a silent auction and tricky tray baskets.

We are hoping you would be willing to support the PTO by donating products and/or services to our silent auction and tricky tray raffle, or sponsoring the event.  Our organization is a non-profit organization, and your donations and sponsorships are tax-deductible. Your company will be listed in our event program and we will display your provided marketing materials.  Your product, service or company will be promoted to a targeted audience of 125+ attendees.
