Online Auction for Central School PTOFeb 23, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Dear Friends of Central School,
We are excited to share that preparations are in full swing for the annual
fundraising auction benefiting Central Elementary School in Simsbury. This
year’s festivities will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024, where we will again
gather to enjoy good food, delicious beverages, music, dancing and friendship
and we’d love for YOU to be a part of the fun.
Sponsored by the PTO and run entirely by volunteers, this annual fundraising
event has become the main source of funding for school enrichment. In fact,
100% of the proceeds go directly to the school to support classroom
enhancements, teaching programs, and the purchase of new equipment and
supplies.
Here’s how you can help… and how it can benefit you!
We would greatly appreciate your support through a charitable donation of
goods or services. If you don’t have any goods or services you can donate,
please consider being a sponsor for the event. As a donor/sponsor, you will
be recognized in promotional materials distributed to a school community of
300-plus families and staff (including the Central School e-newsletter), and
advertised/acknowledged at the event. And your donation/sponsorship is
tax-deductible!
