On Thursday, June 23, 2022 , Certified Angels will be hosting its 6th Annual Gala at The Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park, NJ. Since its inception in 2014, Certified Angels has committed itself to serve the children of Passaic. This year’s Gala will celebrate the organization’s fifth year as an after-school program, third year as a full time summer camp, and its first year expanding to another municipality! Along with this accomplishment, Certified Angels will be honoring the memory of Juan Zuniga for his tremendous support for our organization and city of Passaic.

With the commitment and support of our sponsors, the 2021 gala raised more than $20,000! This allowed us to:

Open our first program in the city of Haledon

Open our 4th location in Passaic NJ

Safely open our full-time summer camp during a pandemic with 135 children enrolled

Enroll more than 300 children in September 2021

Fulfilling its mission, the organization has continued to open more doors to see widened smiles, and dreams become realities. Whether an aspiring dancer, photographer, artist, or musician, ALL Certified Angels members are learning about the importance of a healthy mind, body and soul - in an atmosphere they can call home. In order to ensure our continued success and allow more children to share captivating stories through the arts, this year’s Gala’s goal is to raise more than $35,000 and share our dreams with over 300 community leaders and supporters. We invite you to celebrate these young artists’ lives by becoming an event sponsor or advertisement purchaser. Your support and commitment ensures the continued success of the program and is instrumental in filling the void in our community.
