CFI Northwest Annual Fundraiser
Gala/Party for Center for Independence Through Conductive Education Inc.Mar 03, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
So many children spend countless hours learning to play football, soccer, dance, and other fun activities. The children of the Center for Independence spend countless hours learning to walk, sit and feed themselves in a fun, supportive group environment.
The Center was started in 1998, using Conductive Education to teach children with Cerebral Palsy and other physical disabilities how to be independent. The program utilizes intensive group motor training to achieve dramatic results in the children’s physical and social abilities. The Center will not turn any child away due to lack of insurance or financial limitations.
The Center opened our Lake County location in Lake Zurich, in the summer of 2007. We are located at the Hope Collective in Lake Zurich, generously donated by the congregation. Our goal is to continue to bring this life changing therapy to children in the north and northwest suburbs.
A fundraiser for the Lake Zurich location will be held on March 3, 2023 at Concorde Banquets in Kildeer, IL.
