Chaires Elementary School will be holding the annual Chaires Community Panther Prowl on Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  As a PTO fundraiser, we will be holding a silent auction at the festival. We would like to request a donation from your business in any area you see fit to assist us.  Since the Chaires Elementary School PTO is a registered non-profit organization, any donation received can be considered tax deductible. Our Tax ID Number is: 20-0946823. We will gladly provide you with a receipt documenting your gift.

We will be happy to publicize your company’s name in our newsletter that goes to homes of nearly 570 children in our community.  We will also gladly publicize your company on our school’s website and PTO Facebook pages as a business partner. For monetary contributions over $150.00, a color sign of your business logo can be displayed on the school fencing on the car ramp as a Thank You to our Business Partners.
