Funds from the First Annual Challenger Baseball Scholarships & Events Online Auction Fundraiser will offset the huge expense to our league for scholarships as we provide scholarships for any player whose parent checks on the online registration form that they need a scholarship. No questions asked, no forms to fill out--scholarship given! With 25% of our families requesting scholarships, this impacts our budget. We also provide numerous special events for our players and their families throughout the year including an Annual Banquet, Home Run Derby, Summer BBQ, Halloween Game, Holiday Game (with Santa giving gifts), and Family Movie Nights. We intentionally keep our registration fees low so we must fundraise to cover scholarships and make all of the fun special events happen for our AMAZING players!
