The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation is pleased to invite your partnership at the 4th annual Champions of Hope Awards Dinner on April 7, 2018 at the Kona Kai Resort. This benefit will bring together over 400 generous Southern Californians to support the mission of the Foundation in its effort to cure the 1.6 million Americans affected by these digestive diseases.

About the Foundation

Our mission is to cure Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. We support 18,000+ local patients by providing support groups, education programs, Camp Oasis for kids with Crohn’s and colitis and fund cutting edge research at local institutions right here in San Diego county. All funds raised by this event will stay here in San Diego.
