Chapman's Retreat Elementary School is in its twenty-first year serving the children of Spring Hill, TN.  Each year our Parent Teacher Organization hosts a fund-raising event that includes a silent auction.  This year we will be hosting a Spring Cheetah Fest event. The Cheetah Fest silent auction will offer baskets donated from each classroom as well as goods, services, and other items donated from our local businesses.  Help enrich our school by donating a gift certificate or service package valued at $50 or more.  Through generous community support, we were able to raise more than $10,000 at our last Cheetah Fest event.  This money was used to purchase equipment and fund projects that do not fit into the budget from the county school system.  Our fund-raising goals this year include: Furniture for our STEM lab, Providing every classroom with a Promethean Smart Board, Meeting the needs of our teachers and students.

Each year the silent auction play a large part in helping to meet our fundraising goals.  This year's auction will be Thursday, April 6th from 5:30-8:00pm.  With your generous donations of goods or services, it is our hope to raise enough money to meet our students' needs while providing an exciting learning environment.  The success of our silent auction depends on businesses like yours showing their support for the education of our children. Cheetah Fest is not limited to just a silent auction.  We will have food, fun games, bounce houses, and more!

We are asking you to support us by donating goods, services, gift certificates, or gift baskets to be sold at our silent auction. Any contribution your business is willing to donate is tax-deductible. Our tax reference number is EIN# 01-0783518. Any donated items can be mailed to Chapman's Retreat PTO at 1000 Secluded Lane, Spring Hill, TN 37174, or you may contact us to pick up the item.
