Chapman's Retreat is in our 17th year serving the children of Spring Hill.  Each year our Parent Teacher Organization hosts a fund-raising event that includes a silent auction.  This year we will be hosting a Spring Cheetahfest.  The Cheetahfest silent auction will offer baskets donated from each classroom as well as goods, services, and other items donated from our local businesses.  Help enrich our school by donating a gift certificate or service package valued at $50 or more. Through the generous community support last year we were able to raise more than $10,000.  This money was used to purchase equipment and fund projects that do not fit into the budget from the county school system.  Our fund-raising goals this year include:

Botanical Walkway/Outdoor Learning Space
Benevolence fund
Teacher Appreciation
Meeting the needs of our teachers and students

Each year the silent auction plays a large part in helping to meet our fundraising goals.  This year's auction will be Friday, April 3, 5:30-8:00.  With your generous donations of goods or services it is our hope to raise enough money to meet our students needs while providing an exciting learning environment.  The success of our silent auction depends on businesses like yours showing their support for the education of our children. Cheetahfest is not limited to just a silent auction we will have food trucks, carnival type games, face painters, bounce houses, and bungee jump

We are asking you to support us by donating goods, services, gift certificates, or gift baskets to be sold at our silent auction.  Any contribution your business is willing to donate is tax deductible.  Our tax reference number is EIN# 01-0783518.  Any donated items can be mailed to Chapman’s Retreat PTO at 1000 Secluded Lane, Spring Hill, TN 37174 or you may contact us to pick up the item.
